How to make carrot juice and ingredients

For 2 servings (preparation time: 10 minutes)

To make the carrot juice you must first prepare ingredients are needed:
- 400 g Carrots
- Orange juice 300 ml water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 mango arummanis (select mature),
- Cut into wedges Ice cubes to taste

How to make:
~ Cut the carrots into pieces.
~ Process with juicer / blender and accommodating juice (filtered)
~ Combine carrot juice, lemon juice, lemon juice, mango, and ice cubes into the blender bowl.
~ Then processed until smooth
~ Pour into glasses and serve immediately
Enjoy.


Even easier way to juice carrots, easier Ingredients:
~ 500 g fresh carrots
1 ~ Citrus fruit juice
~ 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
~ Ice cubes

HOW TO MAKE:
# Prepare a juicer or blender
# Wash the carrots clean.
# Put the carrots one by one to a juicer / blender
# When using a blender, add a little water to smooth the process blender
# Filter the results blenderan before serving
# Add the sugar and lime juice
# Give ice cubes and ready to serve.

TIPS & TRICKS:
# Time carrot pulp should not be discarded.
# Use to jam compote cooked carrots or carrot seed bark.

 For an even easier fewer materials to enable you to make carrot juice:

- 500 g fresh carrots
- 1 lime bh
- 5 tbsp sugar (honey may be substituted)
- Ice cubes

HOW TO MAKE:
# Prepare a juicer or blender.
# Wash the carrots clean.
# Put the carrots one by one to a juicer / blender as usual.
# When using a blender, add a little water to facilitate the blender as usual also,
# Filter the results blenderan before serving
# Add the sugar and lime juice.
# Give an ice cube and are ready to serve.
