Hainan chicken


Hainan chicken

ingredients:
4 pieces (80 grams) of chicken thighs
2 cm ginger, crushed

2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt

Rice Ingredients:

500 ml chicken stock
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt

How to make:
