Turmeric Fried Rice

Turmeric Fried Rice

Ingredients:
500 grams of cold rice
100 gr peeled shrimp
5 pieces of fish meatballs cut into 4 parts
1 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking oil to taste.

Spices that are:

3 cloves of garlic
3 cm turmeric
1 tsp shrimp paste
3 pieces of cayenne pepper

How to Make:
Heat the oil for sauteing.

Sauté the crushed spices until fragrant and cooked.

Enter the shrimp, fish balls, soy sauce, stir-fry until the prawns change color and fragrant spices.

Add the rice, stirring constantly until the rice terlumur with flavorful seasonings and fried rice, lift serve.
