Snapper fish chilli sauce

Snapper fish chilli sauce

ingredients:
- 1 tail snapper
- 4 green tomatoes
- 4 pieces of lemon
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 5 pieces of hazelnut
- 6 pieces of red onion
- 5 pieces of red chilli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp tamarind water

How to make:
- Clean the fish and then kneaded with salt and lime juice.
- When the salt has permeated the fish and fry.
- All the ingredients mashed and then fried, add tomato water.

Serve fried snapper in a plate and pour the chili sauce, add orange slices and tomatoes.
