Green Mussel Soup
materials:
- 1 kg of green Shells cleaned (home shellfish) to clean
- 250 gr squid-squid already dressed (white)
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce Fish
- 2 tbsp minced chilli
- 2 stalks Spring Onion
- 10 pieces cayenne pepper cut into 2 parts
- 3 pieces Lemongrass digeprak
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1000 ml water fish broth
- 100 ml Oil
- 1 sachet of spices broth
- 4 tbsp of lemon water
How to make:
Heat oil until hot true. Then saute garlic until golden brown, add soy sauce, minced chili and lemon grass to mature.
- Add clams and squid and cook until fully ripe.
- Add the fish broth, tomatoes, green chilies, green onion, seasoning broth.
- Cook until the shells cracked and mature. Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve.
