Oyster miso soup


Oyster miso soup

ingredients:
250 grams of fresh oysters, wash
100 gr fresh oyster mushrooms
2 stalk green onion, cut
150 g spinach, cut

sauce:
750 ml of soy milk
2 sdk eat yellow miso
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
20 g onions, finely chopped
75 ml Japanese soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 sdk tea sugar

How to make:
Prepare a pot, put all the sauce ingredients
Cook over low heat until boiling
insert fresh oysters, simmer until cooked
Add mushrooms, spinach and onions dun
Boil until tender
Serve
