Sate Sweet

Sate Sweet
ingredients:
600 g diced meat has the
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tablespoons of cooking oil

Spices that are:
5 pieces of red onion
4 cloves garlic
5 cm galangal
2 tablespoons of brown sugar combed
1 1/2 tablespoons whole coriander disangan
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 marbles acid

How to Make:
- Marinate meat with soy sauce, cooking oil and spices are blended until well blended, set aside for 20 minutes or more.
- Then stick with a skewer and baked until brown.

- Remove and serve it hot
